How Much Will It Cost?

Delivery Nationwide:

Shipping Rate  – Express An Post Delivery – €4.50

Orders received before 2.00pm Mon to Fri will be shipped the same day via An Post door to door express delivery. This normally takes 1 to 2 working days for delivery from the time of pick up.

If for some reason there is no one to receive the order An Post will leave a parcel notification for you to collect your parcel at your local collection center.

*All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will Dispatch on Monday.

All orders over €50 to Ireland are free of delivery charge.

 

1 Your Order

1.1 When you place an order you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to confirm your order. Your order constitutes an offer made to us to purchase the goods specified in the order.

 1.2 Your offer is only accepted by us once we have emailed you to confirm the dispatch of your order.

 1.3 Product items not included within the dispatch email are not included in the order and contract between you and us.

 1.4 We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected. 

 1.5 If we are unable to reasonably ascertain these details or resolve these issues a full refund will be made against the card used at the time of purchase. No other form of refund or credit will be offered nor will a refund be made to any third party card or account.

 

  2. Shipping

 2.1 All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability. 

 2.2 We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where  the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product.

2.3 We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or fulfilment company or a full refund.

 

3. Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds

You may return goods for a full refund within Fourteen Days of receipt of the goods provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in a reasonable condition. You will receive a full refund for the goods that were purchased on receipt of the goods in the condition described previously.
You may contact us within those fourteen days via email or call us on 00 353 40220526 or email us on [email protected] and we will provide instructions on returning the goods and offer any assistance we can to you.

Within those fourteen days after receipt of the goods you can have a change of heart and decide you do not wish to keep the goods or it turned out someone else bought the same item for you.
We will provide a full refund for the goods and any other related charges except when the item is part of a number of items within an order than a restocking fees of 15% will apply.

This fourteen day period is known as “The Cooling Off Period”

After the fourteen day period is over and you then decide you do not wish to keep the product purchased you may return it to us provided it is within 28 days of purchase, unused, in it’s original packaging and in a reasonable condition, for an exchange or for a credit note which may be used both in our hard store or online. The cost of returning goods, during the cooling off period, is to be paid by the consumer if bought online.

Faulty Items:

If for some reason the item you have purchased is faulty, (fortunately this is very rare) you may return the item to us along with a valid receipt for the cost of delivery to us. We will check the product when it arrives to verify the fault. On doing so we will provide a replacement or a credit note, including the cost of delivery to you.
